I am not great about taking this everyday, but when I do, I appreciate that I last a bit longer throughout the day. I like that the pills aren’t too big also. I think it helps me with focus as well, especially from perimenopause.

I have been taking this for 5 months along with the thyroid fat burner and ADK oil. My thyroid numbers have never been better based on the bloodwork I just recently had redone. My antibodies are the lowest they have ever been. And my TSH, T4 and T3 are all improved as well!

Saw a functional medicine Dr. and found out I have Hashimotos. Stopped levothyroxine and started NP Thyroid. She suggested I stop the glandular supplement until my next bloodwork in 3 months. The glandular supplements seems good just not for me right now.

I am so happy that I discovered Dr Childs’ T2 cream. It boosted my metabolism and energy. The desiccated thyroid med that I take has SOME T2 in it, but not enough! My T4 to T3 conversion has also improved . I hope that more doctors will be educated on the importance of T2 in the near future!

I like this supplement and definitely noticed the reduced appetite at first. It seems like it might have leveled off maybe that’s because I just eat a lot in general because of my metabolism. I am losing a little bit of weight but it’s only been a month but I will definitely buy it again and see if I keep losing weight.

The very first time I took it I slept unusually deep. So for the first week I opened the capsule and took 1/4 of a capsule once a day for one week. The next week 1/2 a capsule a day for one week. I have used this more than months. It’s easy to prepare a smoothie with this, easy to digest. My first smoothies were more complicated than they are today. I like the flavor and have no digestive issues with this product.

Product seems to be working like a protein shake. It doesn't mix well with water, juice, or coffee. Goes good with a yogurt and fruit smoothie.
